When marketing your home, first impressions online are extremely important.   Because of this, my favorite time to photograph a house on a sunny day is a few minutes before the sun comes up. Why? Because most of the properties in our area have trees and the shadows cast by trees frequently dissect the house and yard in a very distracting and unappealing manner, robbing the viewer of the best look of the home. It can be inconvenient for an occupied home to have me show up before sunrise, so I don't insist on it, but I do offer it because I know if it were me, I'd want to put my best look online.
