Residential Photography Licensing Services for Realtors

Professional Real Estate Photography that is architecturally inspired and presented with a natural vibrance to capture buyers' attention and emotion. Licensed images are delivered in a private downloadable gallery appx. 24-36 hours after the shoot. Larger projects may require more time to schedule and deliver so it's helpful to plan ahead to get on the calendar.

HOW IT WORKS:
To help you make choices to customize the package of services you want, I have created the options below for you to pick and choose as much or little of what you think is best for the marketing of your listing and your budget. Simply submit your choices to get scheduled or discuss further. Filling out the form does not obligate you to be scheduled. It is just a means for you to contact me to discuss the project and confirm if you want me to do the shoot.
The first dropdown box of the form will select my Photography fee. This is the cost for me to come and physically capture the images.
The second dropdown box selection lets you choose as many or few images you would like to license for the marketing of your listing.
Additional selections are available for you to put together your custom property shoot package.
I am here to help you in any way I can so do feel free to contact me with questions or ideas you may have as I understand there are many variables in real estate properties. I do my best to represent as many choices as I can but I understand some projects need to be discussed and I remain flexible to accommodate this.
PAYMENT TERMS: Invoice is sent with photos. Upon payment, links are immediately automatically released.
Prices include driving distances up to 25 miles each way (50 mile r/t) on good roads from Penn Valley, California.
$1.50 per additional mile each way for further locations. Rough roads of any distance subject to higher costs.
NON REALTORS OR LONG TERM LICENSEES:
The prices on this page are exclusively for licensed real estate agents / realtors / brokers. If you are a homeowner who wishes to pay for their own photos, these prices only apply if I am supplying your realtor with the images. If you wish the photos for yourself and not a specific realtor, the cost will be higher due to increased licensing of images. This applies to builders, stagers, contractors, etc., also. Contact me if you wish to license photos I have already taken.
NOTE: It's a good idea to check with me before submitting the form to
make sure the date range you would like is available during our busy season. Thank you!

After submission, ignore any requests for payment. We do not use the form for payment. But do contact me just to make sure the form went through to avoid any internet glitches. Thank you.
